Our coffee is handcrafted at the base of the Blue Mountains. Our family has been rooted in Oregon for over 80 years. Years of history is poured into every cup. Our family purchased the business from the original owners, the Monaco's. The heart of this business was built from their family heritage. From both of our families to yours, thank you for supporting our dreams and helping us continue building a strong foundation for years to come.

If you are more of an at home espresso maker PACE'S PAIN is just what you are looking for. PACE'S PAIN, roasted medium dark with a bold coffee flavor, made for espresso. Named after a poem The Monaco's found that their Grandpa Pace wrote. With thoughts of how rewarding yet agonizing the ranch life can be. This blend is magic as an espresso blend but can also be used in your regular coffee blend. Enjoy every cup, while thinking of Grandpa Pace!

SLOW PONY - This pony may be slow but it is plenty robust with quiet a kick. So smooth & mild you won't be able to just drink one cup. We call this roast Slow Pony after that one friend who is known for their wonderfully timed stories and the pause, in between punch lines which sometimes has you wondering if there is more to the story or not. LUCKY STRIKE - named after the original, that grandpa that you all recall, founder of the family. A man of few words who drank his coffee dark. No matter the time of day grandpa always had a Lucky Strike stuck on his lip, smoking it or not, never the less always there. Lucky Strike is a dark roasted coffee that is sure to become a main stay which you will enjoy every day.
